It is without a doubt that the mind is probably the most powerful element of our being. Our thoughts have control of the greatest aspect of our existence which is our life. From my own personal perspective when the mind is attacked and/or in an unhealthy place so is our well-being. It controls our perspective, our understanding, how we feel, our behaviors, and even what we will. In order for us to be healthy in all areas we have to first be healthy in our mind.
In the category of Mind I will be sharing personal journals on how I am feeling, what I’m thinking, and what I’m doing. This is a very transparent component of the blog because it will show just how being bipolar affects my everyday life. The ups and downs of the disorder and the behaviors that come with it. I will also share some creative ideas and concepts that help balance and soothe me in my mental health.
